New Conference Venue Hunter Valley, Sydney
The Hunter Valley’s largest conference and events centre has officially opened its doors for business, providing Australia’s only full scale, gourmet food and wine event experience.
The Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley Conference and Events Centre provides the largest and most comprehensive conference and exhibition facilities in New South Wales, north of Sydney. With a light filled design, the Centre offers a combined 2,000 square metres of pre-function, meeting and exhibition space catering for up to 1,600 delegates. Set to inspire creativity and connection, the Centre completes Hunter Valley as a market leading Australian conference destination.
Built overlooking garden spaces and golf course greens within Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley, the Conference and Events Centre will comprise of conference rooms that can be used as one ballroom or a mix of rooms with flexible acoustic folding walls. All conference rooms open onto the welcoming Galleria that connects the conference and exhibition spaces. This unique feature provides a distinct Hunter Valley feel, perfect for any event.

To complement the new development, Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley has welcomed one of Australia’s largest providers of audio visual equipment, Scene Change, to manage the growing demand of sophisticated and advanced audio visual needs, putting the Resort in the forefront of business events. “The technical installation is at the same level as the best of Australia’s convention centres, with high-end Barco projectors and sophisticated digital controls.
