Effective 21 March, in accordance with new United States Government regulations, all passengers travelling on United States-bound flights are prohibited from carrying any electronic devices on board their flight (excluding cellular and smart phones and medical devices needed during the flight).
Prohibited devices including; laptops, tablets, DVD players and electronic games must be carried in checked baggage only.
Note: This does not affect flights directly to the United States from Australia.
These changes will affect all passengers with flights originating or connecting to the United States in the following destinations:
- Kuwait City
- Doha, Qatar
- Casablanca, Morocco
- Amman, Jordan
- Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
- Dubai and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
